hi i have a vs project and a week ago i started it ran fine like it always has and i went to start it today and
after about 30 seconds of cranking it over it finally started and ran like **** i checked the plugs the where sparking
so yer wtf!!!

Sounds like the key may not have made proper contact with the contacts (the ring around the keyhole) - this can prevent the fuel pump priming the fuel lines before cranking - you then need to crank the engine till oil pressure gets up and supplies power to the fuel pump. Do a code check and if it's a 31 it will be this problem.

:doh: I think you are correct....but I'd still do a code check.

and did it remain bad ..is it reacting the same? was it the same pattern each time you started it today?

yeah same all the time sounds like it is missing but it is sparking fine all plugs a working

maybe its not a spark issue but a petrol issue..just a thought

yer i think the fuel mite be bad been there for a while
