i emailed back a nigerian scammer once (despite warnings not to) and the replies were unreal. amazingly long and detailed. I've since replied to others but never get anything back.

I always forward these things on to fraudaid. they'll want the proper email headers etc but it helps them build a case file. I wrote a couple of tutorials for them a couple of years ago and the people there are fairly helpful if you get stuck.

I got one guy email me about some guy that died and I was his ONLY LIVING relative....I toyed around with him for a while eventally he stopped....I mean how could I be his only living relative if I have about 50 relatives still alive.... :whistling and when ever I asked what his surname was (jst in case this guy got it wrong...i men, i didn't wanna take someone elses money :whistling) he would answer with some story of how he spent years tracking me down
