Get the broken porclin, that broke of the spark plug, out of the combustion chamber in a 6cyl VL, pot No 3.

I want to hear everything before we get to, take the head off.....cheers

Vacuum cleaner. Get some tube that fits in the spark plug hole, tape it to the end of the vacuum cleaner hose and stick in the spark plug hole and suck it out.

Or put some blue tack on the end of a piece of wire and poke it around in there.

Wouldn't do the blue tack trick u will loose that 2. Clean out the vac chamber and inspect it afterwards to see if u have sucked it out

And after you have done that. Hire, or get a hold of an "endoscope".
One of those instruments that have a tiny camera on the end of a flexible shaft.
Shove it down the spark plug hole and that'll tell you if you have gotten it all out :)
