Loving the milk crate idea.
Only took half an hour to have the diff installed and bolted up, last car it took 2 of us heaps more time balancing wood and jacks. The milk crate method is soooo much easier if your installing in the driveway. Diff overhang each end of the crate so you can jack each end and use bits of wood to lock it into place while you put the bolts in.
