hi guys i just bought a vs wagon off my missus' sister and the air con fan speed resistors have gone kaput. i was wondering if i could put a climate control unit from a stato/calais in there or is the wiring loom not there? would i need to change the bcm? cheers

hey lads whats happening i just finished putting a stereo system in my sisters vr statesman and now when i switched on the ignition to acc the a/c fan turns on even when the climate control unit is off. i want to break stuff really bad help a brotha out :axe:

one of the guys from my work painted his wheels black on his s14... doesnt look tooo bad but its 1 solid colour car not 2 tone. it might look wierd on a calais like too many colours going on maroon, grey- whatever wheel colour he chooses. i like black rims just not on every car.

check your brake lines underneath the car for the leaks n see if he pinched the lines with vise grips to do burnouts then go round ur mates house with a cricket bat and get some cash off him

you wont stress the motor by putting one on. its better for it as it reduces the intake charge temp which in turn lowers your engine temps

try a specialist suspension shop mate. when ihad my vt i had it lowered on king springs, monroe gt gas shocks and nolathane thru the front end for 1100 fitted n aligned but that was about 3 yrs ago :p

anything that is non standard change back to non standard if possible. if you have cut metal to put 6x9's in thats instant fail as its counted as structural changes to the chassis. interior lights, neons, dash lights different colour parkers are all **** they will check any rust spots as well

do 3 0r 4 coats of wd40. when i did the exhaust on my vl i only did one spray to start with, took the skin off my knuckles... then used half a can on every bolt i could see and left it for 30 mins... much better :D
