    Make sure you get the rocker covers with the heads as they are different. You could plug the injector holes with welch plugs they shouldn't pop out as there would only be vacuum on that side of the head & there is a lip there to stop the plug from getting sucked in.

    Gday, Those running E85 in their L36 or L67 what did you use for the fuel supply & return rubber hose in the engine bay? I've got the lines from main tank to surge tank & so on sorted but iam unsure what to do or use fittings wise with the lines in engine bay. Cheers.

    Yeah that was the info that I was finding, the race series only available for the L67. I guess no reason that it couldn't be used. As for the bottom end it will be running oversized high comp Pistons, rods and crank still standard. Cheers.

    I wouldn't bother with changing the booster. Just cut down the bolt in the rod of the booster, bolt on the vt master cylinder and swap over the reservoirs. Job done!!

    Dba makes a vt rotor to suit vs hubs so no need for shims. When you pull off your master cylinder you will see a bolt screwed into the rod of the booster, cut the bolt flush with the rod then the vt master cylinder will bolt straight up no spacer required. Swap over the master cylinder...

    Not sure exactly what has happen to motor in the process of pulling it out. It's got an ugly knocking noise coming from bottom end from 2000rpm+. Yeah plan A was to get another ecotec, pull it down, clean it up, get it balanced and maybe a new camshaft.

    Gday all, Long story short, is it possible to remove supercharger and fit the NA inlet manifold to a L67, is the inlet side of the heads similar to the NA heads, I realise the injected holes in the heads will have to be plugged but will all other ports line up? Cheers.

    The S3 statesman should be 179kw (Hsv enhanced was 195kw) roller motor. Does the engine have a maf coz the roller motors didn't have a maf from memory.

    Hey mate i used a trx100 computer & loom for my conversion, (no problems so far, but it is only just a temporary fix) I not understanding what you mean? Mine just plugged in and started no probs. Did you get the right computer?
