The 9.8L/100 is becasue of your average speed. Do you do alot of highway driving or did you reset tje trip computer. I drive in Sydney and my average speed is 23-24KM/H and get 13/13.5L/100.

If people were to put their trip computer data on this forum people would have real life baseline to go off by. The real test is to reset the the trip computer and drive for at least 1000km - 2000km and see what your trip computer is doing this should give your average speed and fueling...

Here is a idea for you, switch the o2s around so bank1 o2 will go to bank2 and bank2 o2 goes to bank1 and see if the code comes up bank 2 now, if so thats your problem. Only swap the pre cats around. This is the only way it can be done if you dont have specialty tools.

Check for codes then go from there. Also do you have injector trigger?

You need to test the o2 sensor on a scope to see the cross counts and voltage readings, other wise its all guess work. The Tech2 has this feature which Holden use. Fyi you need a Auto-elec not a Mechanic

Agree with above use OEM unless you are sure of the pin outs, some relays have a diode installed across the coil if this is wired incorrectly this will cause a dead short which CAN burn the wiring if not fused, if your lucky the diode will burn out.

Dont go to a Mechanic for Electrical issues, so many customers come into my work after they have gone to the Mechanics for electrical issues only to be out of pocket and having the same problem. Auto Electritian is what you want. ☺

Test the crank angle sensor on a oscilloscope this will show if the sensor is faulty or not. Search on google how to do this.

This is true, but c'mon 35 kms and timing chain needs to be changed this is just ridiculous. Get a second opinion mate, I own a 2007 MY08 Ve Sv6 with over 150xxx and not a problem regarding timing chain. Also i thought they have fixed this issue on the later Ve.

The Tech2 has a throttle body relearn option. Does not take long at all.
