Check the Tank Unit Plug, and Socket on the loom,
they get hot and melt, and may burn,
My loom socket melted on my VE, and had to removed the tank, and repaired the loom.
There is a thread for this when I did repaired it.

There was somebody recently that had the wiring thing that @kruising was talking about on a vf?
I recall someone saying it was a common issue and thats all I remember.

Who fixed last time? Holden?
Yeah.... You'd think they'd mention the problem or at least fix it if it is the melted plug which I think it is from doing more research online?
Tbh first I've heard about this problem and doing more reading people were told holden fixed that issue on VF2? But then again not surprised about a dealer making up stories

Make sure you have ALL YOUR paperwork with you,
And Photocopy it, and provide ONLY Photocopies to them !
Not the originals,
Been there, Done that with Booran Holden in Cheltenham.
