Just An update.

It's been awhile since i did something with my car since i've been unemployed for the last 2 months but now it's time to get back into the swing of things since i just got back payed **** loads from centerlink and the commbank for my loan

so just payed off an ordered the cam 2day

the specs of it is:

ZZP XPZ: 217/225 .352/.333 116 which has .570"/.540" total lift (stock rockers) .598"/.566" total lift (YT 1.7:1 rockers)

I'm planning to grab the YT rockers later just before i finish the build

The stock heads now have to be milled and re-decked & re-springed since the new cam is to be for the stockers.

new springs are 130LB (Stock springs are 90LB)
New Milled Retailers
and New High performance Lifters

Total Package around $1600
Head work $1200
New exhaust system - Headers $550 + Cats $350 + Xforce Twin 2.5" $400 + Labour ??

Tuning $1300

so wont have it tuned in time for C4C i wanted to eat some v8's

Will Have some pics up when the gear arrives. I got in early and bought it before the Aussie dollar falls anymore

Expecting close to 260Rwkw with the stock charger (1.3L)

Planning get a Whipple Later on (2.4L) expect 310+ RWkWs and a mid - high 10sec time

impressive build list youve got going on, smart buying it before the aussie dollar drops further. it'll be good when you break into that 10 sec times, especially in a wagon.
good job

finished another cylinder today. at this rate both heads will be done by the weekend and I'll be able to get them resurfaced and vacuum tested early next week.

looks good EV, a few months late from when you had planned but still sweet, you would have to get it tuned when it is all done correct?

supercharged vt II acclaim
hate to sound like an absolute knob jockey,,,,, but what are you exactly doing when ya port it? are ya just making the holes bigger/wider up past the valve, where it breathes exhaust gas's and where the intake sucks in? or ya making the top of the cylinder bit bigger for some reason.
