how hard is it to whack a bit of loctite on em, keyword being LOCK TIGHT

Loctite or not, I can't see how modifying a crucial safety feature of your car in a way not intended can possibly be a good idea.

They are marketed as high temp plastic and they use silicone to stick to the outside of the caliper, no nuts and bolts. I'm thinking of painting the calipers themselves. Can someone post a link to a thread which shows how to do it?

Don't do it. The extra power from fitting these will far exceed your driving abilities. Why would you bother pretending your brakes are anything but standard. You will have this stupid Brembo covers with factory discs. Yeah that will fool them.

yeah i need to see this, how long have u had them on for? and "fkford" they are plastic covers, please tell me u and "wraith" were being sarcastic about the performance side of these covers... i notice on the pictures "D3CID3R" posted that brembo and the logo are just painted on and not actually set into the plastic, thats a bit of a set back

Of course I am being sarcastic. The covers are as useless as neons and spinners not to mention just as stupid.
