Hey mate when it came up on mine I had to have an O2 sensor replaced, I think this is the most common problem associated with the check powertrain warning. The sensor will be replaced under warranty.

Since you've changed your exhaust they'll probably slug you for it along with any labour unless you have the existing exhaust.

hmmm I think not :) I heard you take off Saturday night, I'm in love even if it is a boring old 6

Yeah...what Darren said. If you have modified the exhaust at all....no warranty. In fact, that will be the reason they tell you why it buggered the sensors and made the warning light come on in the first place.

Any idea what they will slug me for a sensor and labour? I have been told by holden that cat back is fine and does not void warranty, only voids when you remove factory headers. Warranty can blow me, esp when the s/c goes on late march. Thanks for the feedback fellas.

If the exhaust is only catback then it should be covered under warranty. Oxy sensor is about $115 and labour about $100 so all up cost would've been around $215 if it wasn't covered under warranty for me. This was at Claridge.
