You can add new tweeter's to the existing component's no problem's at all.
Would be cheaper than buying new component's.
Any tweeter will do the job at the end of the day, Just all depend's on the sound quality you are after
But, I'd recommend staying with alpine, Seem's that's what you have.
Plus, They have decent sound Q.
There is a guy on ebay selling alpine tweeter's, I think they are around the $30 mark.

Quiet a bit cheaper than a new component set.
What Ohm are you getting on the suspected blown tweeter's?
It's really odd that they blew, Seeming you did not touch any speaker related wiring..
