Hi there,
Aftermarket dfi modules.
What ones are you finding lasting a good amount of time?

Where do you get yours?

Brand and part number at all?

I asked Holden in Christchurch NZ yesterday, and these aren't avaliable any more.

Cheers
Pete

I'm getting code 46.

IF you do a new DFI Module don't forget to put the thermal paste on it or it wont start.

Hi, yes thermal paste I's a must.

I changed to a new Delphi dfi and coil packs with in the last 4 months.. which makes me think it wasn't genuine or good?

Delphi went broke years ago and is now all made in China. I'd be surprised if any OEM Delphi stock remains in circulation.

What about fuel miser, good brand?
I tried the new delphi dfi & coil packs. After a few new ones. l just gave up & got a couple of dfi coil packs from the wreckers. The second is for a spare.
Last time l changed them, l was on the road to Dandenong. The other side of Melbourne from where l live in Geelong.

Not far from Dandenong the dfi coil packs crapped out. Had the spare in the back with the neccessary tools to change them.
10 - 15 minutes later l was back on the road to Dandenong. This was April 2018.
Got another dfi & coil packs for a spare for when l need them.

Haven't needed the other set yet, & just got back from a drive up into N.S.W.
Over 1000km round trip. Car went well. :)

Fuelmiser are Delphi in a Fuelmiser box. No good as all Delphi now comes out of China, and it has become hit and miss. Sometimes you will get lucky other times they will fail within days or weeks. Delphi QC has dropped to an all time low.
