How does someone sober hit a fence like that. She'd have a time arguing she wasn't drunk if she completely missed the driveway (didn't even get the right side of the road)

i know someone who did that in their front lawn. used to live down the road from them.
i think it was more aimed towards the kids that were riding on their lawn all the time.

the spikes would have to be pretty big to pierce car tyres though! lol

Cops can't prove that she was drunk when it happened, all they can do her for then is neg driving.
