How to spot an unmarked police car

seems like it's easy to spot an unmarked cop car, how come so many people can't even see a marked car?

Something different, I saw a blue VZ plain wrapper with the full kit including uniformed driver in Ballarat last week. I didn't think they would have anything that old on the road?

I last saw an unmarked VZ in 2010 in Dandenong, so maybe they are still getting around slowly.

Ive seen subaru foresters, land rover discoveries, merc vans and a whole heap of other non Holden/Ford unmarked cars, but they have all been current model, thats the first time I've seen a cop car that old on the road, which made it stand out even more to me lol.

Logan police have a black VW golf. Saw the cop pull over 3 people outside ikea the other day.
He would drive up the road and come back heading towards ikea, Catching people in the same spot each time.
