Hey, my old lunchtime shop. A mate and I used to head over to the old Wangi Police Station to check on the computer equipment, then go to Ratho for fish 'n' chips, then go and sit in the park near the old Catalina base. Nice spot. Well done.

For bakers i always rate the French vanilla slice. Can always tell how good the bakery is by the quality of their vanilla slice.

I'm looking at buying a bakery within the next 2 years, If things go to plan.

My Father owns a corner shop also, But be prepared for things trust me, **** goes wrong at the drop of a hat. IE fridges breaking down causes a nightmare lol

haha thanks guys, got allot of work ahead of me. As for ice, no not much point as the servo around the corner does so for like $2 a bag so I see no profit in it. With things to go wrong, lucky thing is the fridges, fryers and cookers are all less than 12 months old so fairly new. All the staff at the moment are young asians that can hardly speak english and have no idea about customer sevice so im probably about to sack five people unless they pick up there game abit. Being a small local town, reputation is everything and complaints spread fast. I,ll be giving the place a bit of a make over aswell, theres only room for one table for customers to sit at, which in my opinion isnt good enough, I want a nice friendly area for familys to be able to sit down and eat there meals at, and a bigger tv to watch whilst I have nothing better to do.

Hopefully I can put the local chise takeaway out of buisness so everyone has to come to me for a feed:axe:

I used to own a bakery.. Never ever ever doing that again.. Way too much work!!
