Instrument cluster Turning off and on Checked Everything

I have A WL the thing is The Instrument Cluster Turns off and on itself Quickly all the dial goes to zero then back to normal, checked the ABS, Wiring and Earth Straps Everything seems fine , anyone nows how to fix it?
