Nitro whether Jesus was the son of God or not is irrelevant here. The fact wss that he was on the earth roughly 2000 years ago. 100s of documents and old writings say he was around. Now the fact is he was one man who changed the world. Martin Luther was another person who changed the world. You're right you will never change the world because you don't believe that one person can start a revolution for the better. Keep on spooning the sea pal. Because talking without action is just that.

I know you have a friend in Jesus. Good for you. Whatever gets you through the day.
However, Jesus didn't change squat. And religion has been the fuel for wars and conflict ever since.

Martin Luther (German friar) may have been good for Lutheranism but he didn't change the world.
Or are you referring to Martin Luther King? A good man, but he didn't change the world either.

Any other human constructs you disagree with?
yup, thanks for asking...:)
  • governments
  • Race/Racism
  • Organized religions

And now we get to pretty much the crux of your paranoia.
*chuckle

Settle down John Lennon.

If you had a choice, which would you prefer:
1. The status quo with all of it's bloated bureaucracy, costs, obligations and stress
2. John Lennon's version

Delusional. The only way you could do that would be by a tyrannical rule of a population and total control of the media and the economy...kind of like North Korea.

The alternative world I described is not even close to mirroring what NK is.

Do you lock your car when you leave it?
Do you lock your house?
Do you invite strangers over to eat your food and use your power/water and then leave?
If so, why?

Yes.
Yes.
Nope.

Are you suggesting that when Trump builds his big wall, Americans citizens will be able to leave their cars and houses unlocked?
*chuckle*

America isnt controlling the policy that causes people to cross the border. That's up to the governments of the nations where the people are coming from to make their countries more inviting to live in rather than run to the large capitalist country and away from socialism or some other form of fuckup that's put their country in the toilet.

As I've already said. Trumps big wall will not fix America's crime and fiscal problems.
It's not progressive or innovative, it is regressive. And a waste of valuable resources.

No, it's a matter of economics and human life. The lure of the trip sees money flow to cartels who use the money for xxxxxxx purpose (not building schools for the homeless) and around 80% of the young women who make the crossing are raped by coyotes during the trip.

Tell that to the million Syrian refugees, and all those innocent people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and other countries who have died, been injured, lost homes, legs, arms, eyes, lost everything, even their homeland....thanks to the American governments military-industrial-complex and its ongoing need to maintain the empire of greed, power, and decide who is aloud to control and profit from the planets natural resources. (particularly oil and gas)
Dirty deals and corruption everywhere you look. Hooray for capitalism.

I do not know if you guys get any coverage of this. Seen is believing, a 10 min bycicle ride somewhere in California. Yes, is a Sh¡t Hole, homeless population continues to grow.

and you can see the homes of the more affluent in the background , makes the housing crisis in NZ seem minor looking at that .

Can i pick a different drugged out hippies song to agree with?

Didnt suggest anything. Domestic crime is a different issue to what we're discussing in this point.I asked if you took steps to secure your property and to vet who you allowed into it.
You agreed on both points. You think that control of the flow of people is important. You need to get some consistency in your opinion.

It's not a bandaid fix to all of their problems. It's there to fix the problem at hand.

Oh look, a deflection. So you dont have a problem with the rape of young women? Is that why you didnt bother to reply to that point?

That was a gag. Someone decided to make the signs on some highways. Nevertheless, that is proof of how the population feels.

For the people that does not know. The Sanctuary Cities are a depot for "ILLEGAL" Inmigrants driven by Federal Gov money (funding). Instead of facing deportation, the illegal inmigrants they are let loose on to the so called Sanctuary Cities. Total BS... thanks Obummer.

On the houses on the background. There is a good chance that half of the owners are slaved with debt. What people are doing is taking Home Equity Loans, using their homes as ATMs on the fake Real Estate Market (bubble).

Oh yeah. I totally understand that it was done as a joke. Much like the state of California.

It's lost tbh and needs to be jettisoned and towed out to sea.

Ref that film clip. No, we don't get to see that California here.
Some of the less than acceptable Aboriginal communities don't look like that, and we are continually being made to feel guilty about their living conditions. If they did look like that, somebody in the Govt, or local Aboriginal Land Council would get their arse kicked from Brisbane to Broome.
