It is true, The US spends about 750 billion dollars a year on it's defence budget but they don't have universal health care.

Yes the US has given what seems like a lot of aid to Ukraine but in the scheme of things it's less than 2% of their budget so really a drop in the bucket for the US and then consider that money for bullets and missiles is actually been spent at US defence contractors to make new bullets and missiles to replace stock sent to Ukraine.

There are a lot of countries that have spent a hell of a lot more than the US on Ukraine when you take it as a %age of their annual GDP.
