If you took a close-up shot of the badge and just posted that you might be asking for trouble, but if you have a picture of a car which happens to have a badge visible, I can't imagine it being a problem.

Correct, it just cant be the dominant part of the image, if it is you then require a property release, from past ventures, good luck with that.

It means you need to have authorisation from Holden to release rights to use their property they have copyrighted.
