Knocking noise please help

Yeah 6 cyl spark plugs was crushed up against the spark plug it self but all other were fine just replace all the spark plugs and leads

Oh buddy had same problem rip the heads piston is coming apart I could see the rings with mine and u will need all new pistons common in them so I here and u will have a leaky injector
