If the thrust bearing is riding on the clutch fingers when the clutch is out, then that is your problem.

The thrust bearing shouldn't be spinning with the clutch out.

If the yhrust bearing is stuffed then the noise should be apparent when the clutch is in.

I would be looking to see if the clutch fork is fully retracting as intended, if it is then the problem sounds more like the gearbox input shaft bearing as described in the earlier post.

Noisy clutch bearings will usually out last the car its in..even brand new ones aren't any quieter that's just how they are..they won't affect performance at all..I wouldn't waste my money trying to fix it..the only problem they pose is they get annoying after a while
