I'm sure he is too. It's still a lot of car for the money even with problems -hell, even if it had no trans!

It's got a shitty exhaust though, not even profiled to the bumper. I haven't seen the car around, but I don't get up to Australind much anymore even though it's only about 20 minutes away.

Nothing wrong with that exhaust, I've seen plenty exit like that on SS's etc. I live in Bunbury too and see plenty of 'bargains' around. Some (most) would obviously be too good to be true but some would be worth the effort. A lot of folks get down on their luck and cant afford rego and/or repairs and the car becomes worthless to sell. I made a $1000 on a TS Astra last year just by fixing some cosmetic stuff and flicking it so I'm always on the hunt

If I had a spare $2500 I'd at least go check this out, but alas I don't.
