Plz help 1995 vs v8 bt1 code 31 &46

Hello I own a 1995 model Holden Commodore VS BT1 V8 auto I have been chasing this gremlin in the cars wiring loom for so long I've replaced dizzy every single electronic part on the motor I have replaced I have now rewired all the burnt out why is what I found when I bought the car now I go to start it and now it's saying code 31 and 46. Is flash on the dash when I do the the OBD wire if disable the ECU vats is that going to fix the problem I have with my car I have replaced the BCM and head key twice now and still have the same problem I'm completely out of options I'm hoping somebody I'm here can help me sorry I can get my car back on the road
