Steering Wheels VN

I got a stock vs executive one on my vn (one with no airbag).

i thought the steering column splines were different from vn/vp to vr/vs, how did you get the vs exec (non-airbag) to fit ????
if this works i am off to buy a newby for mine

Hi,
I have a VS caprice, and on the story of steering wheels, i was wondering how I can take off those stupid volume/channel buttons on the wheel DIY if possible.

I have a custom stereo in and those buttons just get in the way..
