You mate are an ABSOLUTE LEGEND! THANKS SO MUCH!! what is the bolt offset to bring the caliper outward do you reckon? Im assuming 20mm ish, going by 289 to 330mm disc?? Above and beyond... B)

If I understand you correctly, the cailper is only offset by 6mm. But honestly comparing the 2 calipers, I'm not how far it's offset as I don't have the standard ones to compare. I did this maybe 15 years ago..

Ah yes Im guessing the mounting point depth would be different between calipers...the set I made had a 15mm difference but I havent even got discs yet to properly measure that part and based my measurements on them both being the same, lol...
