Take your belt off and give the pulley a spin by hand. If it's cactus you'll hear it.

OK then, I checked it out with the screwdriver and the ticking seems to be coming from the pulley identified on the diagram below.
It doesn't sound to good through the screwdriver and it's definitely on the right hand side of the setup.

Which of these pulleys is actually the tensioner anyway???

Mine got noisy at 90,000 and I replaced all 3 for luck. If they are plastic they are the originals and if metal they are replacements.

So the one with the spanner is the tensioner pulley?

So would that mean the eBay set contains the tensioner too?

The one on Ebay does NOT have the tensioner - it has the pulley and bearing which goes on the tensioner. The tensioner is a separate part with a big spring inside. A pulley attaches to this tensioner - it is the spring in the tensioner applying pressure to the pulley that keeps tension on the belt. The three bearings (with pulleys) are generally under $70 for a set and only one bolt to undo for each pulley (beware the pulley on the tensioner has a left-hand thread). These are metal and have replaceable bearings (which are about $7 each) The original pulleys are plastic and you cannot replace the bearing.
