on topic get rid of both systems then there is nothing to complain about as far as this topic is concerned.

As far as I'm concerned these sort of comments are fine, so long as they are not aimed at any individual user. For example if I said "Greengopher is a snivelling little bitch and a fuktard" that would be a no no (please take no offense, I only inserted your name for arguements sake). But if I am refering to a bunch of unnamed people who have ruined both the rep and thanks systems thats a different story. I also feel this applies to all members, not just mods/admin.
