The Kayhan headunit/tablet

Hi guys,
I have a G8 HVAC unit and JVC double din headunit in my 07 GTS. But i'm thinking about going with the Kayhan instead of what i have now. Problem is i've been reading alot of negative reviews about the lack of assistance if a problem is struck or even receiving the unit in the first place after paying for it.
Has anyone had any experience with the Kayhan headunit?

Saw on FB today that Kayhan have updated units to replace Mylink, or add to, on VF's.
And similar units for S1+2 VE's.

No prices, must send them your email address for a 'quote'...
