So I figured that I have the switch, so I might as well buy a compressor for it! Picked this up today.

The plan is to look at mounting in inside the spare wheel bracket and run a length of air hose to an easily accessible point on the carrier. That way al I need to do is connect the tyre inflator hose, flick the dash switch and away you go, no fart arsing around popping the bonnet, dragging the bulky compressor out, hooking it up and packing it away.

You could also run a second hose to your inlet manifold.... Essentially the poor mans NOS

Mount it under the bonnet with an airline on the bumper? Thats what I usually do for customers.

Finally got the compressor mounted today. I scrapped the idea of putting it in the spare wheel bracket and ended up putting it behind a trim panel in the back. Now all I need to do is remove one if the caps where the 3rd seat locks in, plug in the hose and flick the switch. I'll get some pics later.

Next project to keep me busy for a day while I'm off work, I'm going to build a drop down table to mount to the rear door.

Just bend her over the bonnet! ;) lol

Although you might need a step ladder... My bad. haha!
