I have no clue what to do and what’s right
Follow the instructions in the link by bridging these two with a paper clip wire with the ignition on. Code 1-2 will flash three times then your first error code, followed by any others.

The ECU isn’t getting a speed signal from the transmission. When you converted, did you replace the ECU with one that’s matched to the gearbox? Automatics, T5 and Getrags have their own ECU program/tune to accept the different signals received.

Check to make sure the speed sensor is still connected to the transmission too. It’s held on with a small hex screw.

The sensor cable also has a white plastic inline connector that will be just inside the trans tunnel. Make sure it’s still connected too.
