Nice quality can. That's the one for me until I seen the price. Did you buy local or from US, how much.

From memory it was $185 plus post. Bought it from Justin at Tuff-Car-Parts Melbourne. Good person to deal with.

You have to pay like another $30 for the bracket from them.

I retro made another bracket to come off the alloy solenoid bracket which connects to the G8 one.

It's cheaper to buy the Catch-can from Tuff Car Parts online website rather than through ebay.

So the G8 bracket is suited for the LS motors not the V6?

That's right, most of the brackets are designed for the LS engine, you cant get the LFX Camaro bracket in Australia you'd need to buy it from the US. The next best one was the G8. None of the brackets that come with the unit can be used on the LFX engine. The V6 radiator bracket wont fit on the updated radiator mounts in the series 2 VE with the LFX engine. The bracket that comes supplied with the can is designed for the LS/GEN4 V8 engine.

I wanted to fit the can in a similar position to the one pictured below which is the LFX Camaro. The engine cover post on the Camaro is different to the AUST version. Also the engine cover on the VE S2 LFX V6 extends down lower than the Camaro engine cover so you need to lower the position of the catch-can to clear the cover to maintain a stealth look... You need to fabricate something up. Its not hard to do if you can work with tools.
