Ve v6 my09 body flex

Hi guys just wondering if its common to hear your doors flexing ie rubbers in the door squeeking moving when you go over bumps ect im thinking the chassey twisting would expect from old car but a new one??

Can't hear chassis flex in my door seals - but I can in my dash.

sounds like the door latching pin needs adjusting to make the door a 'tighter' fit when closed mention it to your mechanic

yea having the car lowered makes it worse, especially over speed humps.
dont think its anything to really worry about.

Mines lowered on coil overs on full hard and 20 rims and its pretty rough but pretty much quite in mine

Try rubbing the door rubbers down with some Silicone Spray, can help with some noises.

if your car body didnt flex at all then it would ride like a truck and all your dash and interior bits would probably crumble eventually lol..

303 protectant or 1Z Gummi Pfledge will have the same result but nourish the seals rather than dry them out.
