Gotta admit, Holden had quite a few nice wheel options for the Zeta platform.

Yes they did and unless I'm going more radical in rim width and tyre sizes, I tend to prefer a factory wheel if it's a nice design.

+48 is a bit conservative on offset but for off road use of course, a 12mm spacer increasing offset to +36 (same as the HSV front wheels), places them nicely in the guards with a 245 tyre!

They did a ripper 12mm spacer and shanked wheel nut kit in the USA for the Pontiac G8 and Chev SS retaining the stock wheel studs.

Although I'm a fan of silver wheels, I don't think the MY17 Calais silver/light grey inserts suit the wheel design as well as the darker inserts.

I don't like the satin clear coat on the SSV/SS wheels as the OP said, it makes the machined area look more silver painted than the polished alloy look of the MY16 Calais/Caprice wheels coated in gloss clear.

Here's my Calais/Caprice wheels up close and I think the gloss clear coat gives the wheel more overall pop and bling!

right! thats exactly what I want. Now is anyone able to confirm a part number. Looked at mine this arvo came up as 92507900. Still has the sticker on the spare

So the numbers I have are
92507900
92285196
92274140
92274138

So I have a July 17 Calais V so I know they suit the 900's Prob caprice as well

Feel free to have a go at matching the others to their models

92507900 is the MY17 Calais V
92285196 is the MY16 Calais V/Caprice
92274140 is the MY16 SSV and MY17 SS
92274138 is the raw casting part number, not used in the spare parts listing I don't believe.

Cool so we now know for sure the 900 part is the '17 Calais variant - learn something everyday - guess its not super common as there wouldn't have been a lot of 17' Calais ever built

I posted a pic earlier in the thread that i personally took of the 92274138 part number on the back of my rim

There was no other part numbers on those rims from what i could see ?

According to Nev, that's a casting number. See his post a bit earlier on. I learnt that today as well.
I would have took it for the part number too.
That would also explain why the dealer couldn't find it.

Yes definitely. I got them from the wreckers off an MY16 Calias V and the LHF had a kerb hit. I took the brand new spare to make up the set of 4 still with the part number sticker on it.
