VH ex-police car? what's it worth??

Did you end up buying this car? I wouldnt scrap it, people are asking big money for nice VH VK VL 5 litre ex cop cars. In SA they were blue, only the SL police cars were 5 litres, otherwise youd have to get an optioned sle or ss commodore, as most vh v8s were 253s. I have a 308 vh with turbo 350 trans. Besides the pale blue paint, pther give aways are the 2km increment in the dash, the sle reading lights, the ashtrays in the back doors and deep map pockets in the front doors. In victoria some of the manual v8s came out with the brock motors, these are highly desirable and are pretty much a ss in sheeps clothing.
