Sounds like the OP has an oxygen sensor circuit/operation fault. Exhaust backpressure test would be a good idea. Check for voltage drop between battery and body/engine. Try both with engine off, ignition on, lights on, blower fan and radio. Next test is from engine to body with engine running and all accessories mentioned turned on. (need a multimeter set to mV) anything more than 100mV and you have a problem. Anything over 300mV and you will almost certainly need new earth cables from battery (both). Have seen up to 3 volts power drop before and got 16v at engine and 13.5v there abouts at body.
