your best bet is to go holden so they can asses it properly as they have all the right up to date diagnostic equiptment. but what is wrong with your car could be many things. from injecteres to fuel lines.

2004 VZ SV6
I've got an SV6 2004 model manual. I would put the clutch in & turn my key & starter will click. I'd repeat the process like 5-7 times before she would start. Battery indicator says green (even the previous batteries showed the same) but as soon as i put a new battery in she starts 1st turn every turn. Would anyone know if the starter is on it's way out? And it's the same starter from factory. I've never had any warning lights come except when i had to change the O2 Sensor's.
