So putting VZ sv6 rims on the VR commodore shouldn’t really be cop bait right? I plan to get the rims painted

Nope....

The biggest attraction is having the car way to low, loud exhaust and stickers everywhere.

I tidy looking car and driving sensibily they generally take one look and keep on trucking

Perfect. I am on my p plates hence why I’m concerned. Currently the only visual changes will be the sv6 rims. Otherwise the car is stock.

But I should be fine even though I will get the rims painted Gold or black?

Probably a relief for the police seeing a mostly original VR Exec…

I bought a clean VP for my daughter about 5 years ago when she first got her P's.....The only thing she did was put a set of 16" factory VT wheels on it...Otherwise, stock as a rock, right down to the standard height.

She lives in a high police presence area and yes, the police see it being dinky die, so they leave her alone....So the same thing should apply to you....Nice clean stock car and they are happy

Looks like you've been trying to sell them for a while... Have you tried advertising on FB Marketplace or Gumtree? Maybe the price is too high?
I'm not on FB, and if I can't sell them to JC members, Gumtree would be a waste of my limited digital capability ....... 17" are just too small these days for da boys..
It they end up boat anchors ......... Que sera sera.
