I think this thread was a bit of fun and pplz are putting what they would LIKE to say rather than what they would actually say, e.g had a guy walk in and complain that our rooms dont have Fluffy enough towels and that he has stayed at lower ranked accomodation and their towels are fluffier (if thats a word) I wanted to say "Well sir why dont you use your wifes upper lip as that is plenty fluffy enough" but of course I replied to him "My sincere apologies sir, I will organise to purchase nicer towels, and please take these complimentary chocolates"
