Raised to standard height. I could go off-roading now

Rebuilt my engine

Did a compression test, cleaned spark plugs & found a cracked spark plug.. after replacing it, the car now runs like new!

So what seemed to have solved my horrible idle and performance issue was both replacing the coil packs and a dud spark plug (issue existed with prior spark plugs before coil packs replaced)

Got rear ended at lights. Woo.. Only some scratches and some small paint marks on the bumper and 1 tiny crack... Hurray for the towbar! It was more odd that it was a friend who got out of the car.. His front bumper got ripped off but no further damage to anything such as supports or radiator, etc. Not worrying about insurance as I had some stone marks there anyway and my friend doesn't exactly have a lot of money, couldn't put him through paying excess, etc.
