What is the wire in my ve hanging from left hand side under glovebox

No I’m pretty certain it was under the same ‘ballsack’ name. Just can’t remember what it was titled.
Well going into his profile, this thread is the only one that he's made... Maybe it's a school holiday troll or Trev...

Purple wire would be switched earth? I know that purple on VZ is on Calais and goes back to the BCM for switched features.

I’d imagine Holden kept wiring colours/uses going across the range.

Would have to dig up a wiring diagram off the computer to source it.

Maybe an actuator for vents?

Purple wire would be switched earth? I know that purple on VZ is on Calais and goes back to the BCM for switched features.

I think ur on the right track there mate.. when we brought the car we put heater on and no air blowing to the feet thats how we found the plug. Its not boot release. Its not a light for glovebox. Do u have a link to the diagram that ur talking about.. cheers and thanks dean and kym

I think ur on the right track.. when we brought this one we noticed no air blowing for the feet everything is blowing up the top and u see someone has been into the under carriage area.. we thought it was a extra light at first but no. Do u have a link to get to the plug diagram that ur talking about?? Dean and kym

We might be new on this forum talking but we have been here before just not signing up.. just in the ve commodore we've had " omega(stolen )"berlina "sv6 "lumina "ss(totalled) they r all very different.. but beautiful cars.
