Hey guys as the heading suggests come tax time next year im looking for a new car. Im tossing up between the following: a vx ss, a vx clubby, a vx berlina, vx calais and mod it up or a vy ss, vy berlina, vy calais, vy clubby. Just after everyones opinions and just a quick few reasons as to why i should get any particular model.
Cheers
Jamie

Thinking of going for a vx berlina 2001 model, with the factory lsd diff. Then doing it up with the usual bits, cam, lifters, valve springs, roller rockers, full exhaust, otr cai, tune etc etc. Hoping for between 400 and 500 hp n/a

There's a bloody big difference between 400 and 500hp. Are you talking flywheel or rear wheel hp? If you have the funds, a series II VY Clubby would be the pick of the bunch. Pretty obvious reasons why.

yeah looking at rwhp, well ill be happy with 400 hp. but want a mean street cruised. All i meant was something between 400 and 500 hp. anything over 400 id be happy with. And if money allows i would consider a vy clubby. but at this stage budget is between 15k and 20k.
