Ive also been looking at russo otrs anyone heard much about these? they look like a pretty neat unit

The dusspeed looks not bad either, do they make a MAF version of it too?

The Dus is excellent. I had one on my vz as well and wouldn't have anything else.

I have just had the VCM fitted and I'll be keeping a close eye on it.

But at least I have a spare filter for mine thanks to vessme.:thumbsup:

I think ORSSOM do a MAF version - Russo too, from what I've heard. But double check that one.

I pulled my OTR out 2day and gave it a good clean i do have the paper filter which is thicker (approx 1 or 2 cm thicker) seals very good alot of dirt after 1 month no bugs in my MAF area but will be keeping an eye out on LS1 to see what the boys come up with cause after looking at mine i can see how it could buckle because the K&N is thin.

As always Chev does do a great job. I did notice on my OTR that it has an extra plastic clip in the middle, to stop the filter from popping forward. I'm not sure if Chev done this mod, or it's something VCM are doing.
I have to pull my OTR off and have a good look at it and see how the filter is seating.
