VERY VERY NICE... What have you done weight reduction wise? (if anything)
I will be keeping both eyes on this thread and expect to see some damn fine results once you become accustomed to your new setup..

with time and tweaking you got yourself one hell of an adrenaline rush

Ok for all the LS1 lovers out there...

An LS1 with 225rwkw makes a ball park 4500N of motive force.

An LS3 with 255rwkw makes a ball park 6000N of motive force.

Our little 300rwkw L67 when it had the factory blower made 10500N of motive force.

Thats almost double the driving force applied to the tires....

There's your 10.79

We are all very happy for you that you have an LS1 with an OTR and exaust as its such a rare
thing these days lol...

10500n is awesome. But not if it peaks at 9000rpm. (Not saying this is the case with the engine in question. Its more just to show a point)

Car has been started and tuned on 4psi on pump . Soop uf you knew anything about a m90 blower you wouldd know they make all there power down low,our rev limiter kicked in at 7300 I think been a while. We have blown up 8 fully built boxes with the old setup

the answer, because you like v8's, its not about having the smallest car with the fastest times, its about doing what you want and having people appreciate it, we are car enthusiasts yes?

Hey Koo, love your work and a big congrats with getting the beastie fired up.
This thing is going to be so much fun to watch over the next 12 months.
It will be so good to see this thing get into the 8 second bracket.
I don’t know what it is with your car, but it seems to bring all the know it all’s and doom sayers out of the closest.

Ls1 + Tune + OTR + Exhaust = 225rwkw + Some Other bits an it's in your ballpark.
I can respect the ammount of work that has gone into it, But I know my post makes me seem like an Arsehole, Because it's true.

You are saying that 225KW is CLOSE to 300KW there is a 75KW difference, what’s that a 25% difference.
I would hate to loose 75KW.

Cuckoo, Ignore it. Half the people on here get hung up between 2.25" and 2.5" exhaust systems. Don't expect great things.

What sort of internals are you using?
The intake manifold looks intersting, have you any pictures of it?


Surely the heads have had more then just a cursory glance.
What diff setup are you running? (Spooled BW 8.8?)
Still running the two bolt mains, or gone 4 bolt? (six bolt even??)



You have stated that you have ‘built’ V6’s before, have you short term memory loss when it comes to the bottom end or did you just forget to put the extra bolts in?

More detailed pictures would be great.

Also, With no more information I reckon you'll crack 400-450hp without the No2.

so thats 30psi on the street and 60 at the track?

Or are you running 5psi each turbo on the street?

Now a quick lesson.

If you have 5PSI of pressure in one container and 5 psi of pressure in another container and then join them together you don’t have 10PSI, simple math.
So if he is running 10PSI to the manifold, then the turbo’s will both be sitting at 10PSI.
No I am not allowing for drop between the turbo and the inlet, and I am not talking about flow, just simple pressure.

If you spent 30K plus on a car and you are not sure why, don’t you see this as a problem?

You are talking about “wank” factor.
If you built this car so people would look at you and go, WOW look at that its so cool, what a great job.
Then you have built the car to be noticed, not for your own pleasure. Unless your pleasure is people looking at you and if that’s the case you may still have a few loose wires in the old knoggin’.
If you regret spending money or working on cars, then there is an easy solution, DON’T DO IT. Leave to the people that actually enjoy what they have done.
Just because YOU made a mistake with 30K and YOU are regretting it, it doesn’t mean that anyone else will.
