So I got the latest MyLink update. I have it on a dongle, BUT, it doesn't fix the problem.
Wiping the cache of my phone actually made things worse.
Unpairing and repairing intermittent and no fix.

I am of the same opinion well.... Holden does a great job of fielding customer queries and reasonable at initial support but over the years it has become quite apparent that they do not deliver. I.e they have all the best intentions but they simply struggle to execute.

Just unpair and then resync. Also could be your classification of the contacts in your phone. Android? Make sure you allow contacts to be shared i.e permission.
Spoke to Holden rep this morning and they advised that a) Engineers are working on update to remove Pandora and b) this may include an update.

I put some thin weather guards on Windows. I think that added to the noise.

Same same. I have claimed on warranty my third Nexus now in a hope it fixes the issue. I am a stock android person and dropped a fair bit of cash for vf2. It's amazing how this issue affect the whole experience. Basically bought a vehicle with a radio.
