15 minutes on the vibration plate you say?I take melatonin plus panadol an hour before I go to bed. In that last hour I read a car magazine, I've got about a hundred. The important thing is to wind down. However the melatonin seems to make me wee more so except for last night I have a broken sleep.
The sleep specialist said it was important to not watch tv or have the computer on during that last hour.
I also do a minimum of 45 minutes exercise. It is only 45 minutes when I can't walk because it rains. Usually about 2 hours that includes 30 minutes on the rowing machine, 15 minutes on the vibration plate and the rest walking.
I don't drink much alcohol though that doesn't seem to make any diference to my sleep.
