G/day, this may sound very strange but i think i have bought your old boat, if you dont have anymore. It is a savage with evinrude 135 hourse on it 1976 model??
I have just googled an issue with the tilt trim, found your post, and saw your pics, from the look of the bakc, it was your boat.
It appears i might be having the same tilt trim problem you had a few years ago.
Can you tell me what you did to fix and, and tell me anymore about the boat, good bad or ugly.
