Pretty sure there is no real adjustment that will pull the lights forward as you want. I just had a look at a VR headlight. There is a small amount of adjustment in the bar cover itself but it's not much.

You are right about GMH being tight arses. But my 2016 VF2 Calais has both vertical and horizontal adjustments. They are both visible on the top side of the headlight units - via two holes on the cross member in front of the engine.

thats why theres law relating to correct headlight adjustment and in some cases using auxilliary (fog/ driving) lights in conjunction with the low beam main lights in a legal low beam situation. the government gets enough out of us without filling their coffers for something so silly.

The chinese headlight adjustment corporation has plenty of helpful hints for this common problem,however if the vt is too low then the 'facebeam' phenomonon is usually unavoidable.If this is the case then your best bet is to replace them with some al-jazzera style units.cheers.
