hi i was working on my vl the other day and took off the rocket cover and i put it back on and went to start my VL but it wouldnt turn over and start. the brake light comes up and the brake pedal is stiff and wont move, the oil pressure is on highest it goes but the fuel pump star and pumps...

i unbolted the cover and pulled it off but the gasket was fine and the car was in nuetral

there is nothing wrong with rocket cover, i checked that and it all good. when i go to turn the car over the fuel pump starts but the brake light comes up and the oil pressure sits on 5 but doesnt turn over or crank
