Thanks for your help hi_ryder I got in the boot n checked it right out. Whilst I was looking at the hinges I noticed my lock wasn't bolted on properly. Got that on, fixed most of the problem. Still sits up a little bit at the rear RH side of the boot. Not sure what bracket to adjust for that...
